Tell me more about the warranty?
Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Midrand Midas are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided by Midrand Midas where:
- The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or the Midrand Midas descriptions; or
- The product was damaged during delivery; and
- You can provide proof of purchase with the Midrand Midas receipt.
Replacement will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Midrand Midas, the original shipping address will be used.
Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How can I track my delivery?
When you purchase on Midrand Midas you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. For orders with multiple products, you may receive multiple deliveries as some products may be shipped from different suppliers.
Can I pick up a part from you?
Yes sure you can. You can pick up your part from any of our stores that is the most convient for you. Just email info@midasparts.co.za to arrange a pick up.
Can you change or cancel your order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, you will need to contact us before we ship your order.
